Questions we hear
Why are there no prices on this page?
Costs depend on how your team is set up, so we give them on request. Fees and limits are confirmed in writing before anything is opened.
Can we change our card limits later?
An admin can change the rules on a card by hand. The limits available to your team are set out in the agreement.
Is there a charge for a replacement card?
A replacement card is listed as its own item. The amount is given on request and written into the agreement.
What do we sign before the account opens?
You receive the provider's agreement, which sets out fees, limits and terms. Please read it in full and ask us about anything unclear before signing.
Does sending the request slip commit us to anything?
No. The slip starts a conversation by email, and nothing is opened, issued or charged through it.
