Who provides the accounts and cards
The accounts and cards described on this site are provided under a written agreement. That agreement names the provider. Our team confirms the provider with you in writing before you sign up, and you can ask us about it at any point.
Fees and limits
Fees and limits are set out in the agreement. On this site they are shown as on request, and we give them to you in writing when you ask. Nothing on this site sets a fee or a limit.
What your team is responsible for
Your team decides its own rules, roles and approvers. You keep login details private, remove people who leave and read your statements. Controls help, but they do not replace that care.
What the illustrations mean
The beads on this site are units, not amounts of money. Budgets, rules and examples are there to show how the account works. None of them is an offer.
Who can apply
Eligibility is confirmed by the provider once you apply. Sending a request slip does not mean an account will be opened.
Complaints and contact
If something has gone wrong, write to us and tell us what happened. A person reads every message and replies by email. The agreement also sets out how complaints are handled.
