We like a tidy desk

Most of us have done the books for a small team at a kitchen table, receipts in one pile and questions in another. We work from The Green in Pudsey, on the edge of Leeds, and we talk to each team by email before anything is set up, because the rules should sound like the people who follow them.

How we work

  1. Fees in writing

    Every cost is listed by how it is charged, and the amounts are confirmed in writing before you sign.

  2. Rules a person can read

    If a cardholder cannot explain their own card's rules in a sentence, we rewrite them together.

  3. Answers by email

    You write to a person, a person writes back. No ticket numbers.

  4. Careful onboarding

    We set up budgets, roles and cards with you, slowly enough that the whole team knows how it works on day one.
